1. About Printax
Printax is a professional designing, printing, and branding company based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India, providing customized printing, packaging, stationery, and branding solutions to hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, corporates, and retail businesses.
2. Services Offered
Printax provides customized products including but not limited to:
- Hospital Stationery
- X-Ray / MRI / CT Scan Envelopes & Bags
- Files & Folders (Art Card, ITC, PP)
- Pharmaceutical Visual Aids
- Medicine Packaging
- Promotional & Branding Materials
- Corporate Printing Solutions
All products are manufactured as per client specifications and approved designs.
3. Order Confirmation & Approval
- Orders are confirmed only after final design approval from the client.
- Once approved, no changes can be made to the design, quantity, material, or specifications.
- Printax is not responsible for errors (spelling, content, dimensions, colors) once the design is approved by the client.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may vary based on quantity, material, design complexity, and printing specifications.
- Advance payment (full or partial) may be required before order processing.
- Payments once made are non-refundable, except as mentioned under the Refund Policy section.
5. Customization & Color Variation
- Printing colors may slightly vary due to screen display differences, paper type, ink absorption, and printing processes.
- Minor variations in color, size, or finish are considered industry-standard and acceptable.
- Exact color matching (Pantone, etc.) is done on a best-effort basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Turnaround Time & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order size, customization, and approval delays.
- Printax will not be responsible for delays caused due to:
- Late design approvals
- Client-requested changes
- Natural calamities, strikes, or transport disruptions
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated separately.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once printing or production has started.
- If cancellation is requested before production, Printax reserves the right to deduct design, sampling, or processing charges.
