Refunds or replacements are applicable only under the following conditions:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect quantity supplied
- Material mismatch from approved specifications
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
No refunds or replacements will be provided for design approval errors or color variations within acceptable industry limits.

- All designs, layouts, content, logos, and materials on the Printax website are the intellectual property of Printax unless stated otherwise.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to use logos, images, or content provided to Printax for printing.
- Printax will not be liable for copyright or trademark violations arising from client-provided content.
